Consultation
We review your academic record, budget and goals, and explain which countries and universities realistically fit.
University and program choice
You receive a shortlist with confirmed entry requirements, teaching medium, fees and recognition status.
Documents
We give you a checklist and review every document: certificates, passport, medical report, police certificate and photographs.
Application and admission
We submit the application to the university and follow it through to the admission letter and any required forms.
Visa
We prepare the visa file with you and brief you on the embassy process and interview if one is required.
Departure and arrival
Pre-departure briefing, travel planning, airport arrival and registration support on campus.
Documents to prepare
Exact requirements depend on the country and university. Most applications start with these.
- Passport valid for the duration required by the destination
- Matriculation and intermediate certificates with transcripts (degree documents for postgraduate study)
- Attested copies where the university or embassy requires attestation
- Medical examination report
- Police character certificate
- Passport-size photographs
- English test or language certificate where required
- Proof of funds where the visa requires it
Fees and payments
University tuition and hostel fees are set by each university. We provide the university's confirmed fee structure before you apply.
Intakes
Most programs in China begin in September, and some universities run a March foundation intake. UK universities commonly start in September and January. We give you a timeline for your chosen intake.
